We use this bit after we have our concave recess under the antler to square up the edges of our circle.  

For example on a Large 1 1/4” pedicle we would draw a 1 1/4” circle for reference and dremel out a concave recess.  This method will allow the antler to slide over the pedicle slightly which hides the seams and nearly eliminates finish work.
